Do you support modpacks and workshop content?
Yes. We support common Minecraft loaders, Vintage Story mods, Steam Workshop collections, and game-specific mod folders where the game allows it.
Can I request a game that is not listed?
Yes. If the dedicated server can run reliably in our shared environment, we can review it and create a custom template.
Where are your servers located?
Currently, North America in Eastern Canada. Planned server expansions are expected for Europe and Western NA based on demand.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 3‑day refund window for new services if things aren’t fitting your needs.
Are these official game services?
No. Lytra Host provides independent server hosting. Game names are used only to identify compatible dedicated server software.
